Meet The Artist Behind The Art…

I’m Serenity Fasone, an illustrator and plushie maker!

Ever since a young age, creating has been one of the things that has brought me the most joy whether it was coloring my coloring books, drawing my own pictures, or making doll furniture out of cardboard.

But out of every creative media i’ve tried- painting and sewing have stuck with me, becoming my favorites, and I knew that I wanted to hone my skills and build a career for myself doing what I love.

I create illustrations in a large variety of mediums such as oil paint, gouache, watercolor, color pencils, and pastel pencils as well as a range of styles from cute and stylized characters, painterly realism, and soft surrealism that evokes strong emotions.

I am currently attending UAH to get my Bachelor in Fine Arts with a concentration in Drawing and Painting, and will graduate in the Fall of 2026.

With making my plushies, I began making them just for fun but I soon realized at the first market I sold them at (where they all sold out…) that other people loved the adorable little stuffies that I made just as much as I did! So I was able to experiment, drawing out my own patterns, trying them, revising them and making lots of different animals knowing that I had the support of the people who love my work.
